Try this when you’re feeling overwhelmed:
👀 Name 5 things you can see.
👂 Identify 4 things you can hear.
🤲 Feel 3 things (your clothes, a chair, etc.).
👃 Notice 2 scents around you.
👅 Identify 1 taste (or sip water mindfully).

This technique shifts your focus away from anxious thoughts and back into reality.


4️⃣ Reframing Negative Thoughts

Anxiety often comes from worst-case scenario thinking. Next time you notice an anxious thought, try this:
🔹 Write it down.
🔹 Ask yourself, “Is this thought 100% true? What’s a more realistic way to see this?”
